  • Valid PADI Advance licence or equivalent + PADI EFR (Medic First Aid) / CPR Rescue Licence or equivalent CPR certificate
  • (EXPIRED PADI EFR / CPR Certificate will not be accepted)
  • 2 copies of photograph per candidate
